GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and are non-refundable, they must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Elle Beauty & Wellness cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. 

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to complete your registration form, only applicable for first time clients. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time; however, treatments will still be charged at full price. Once your treatment has been completed you will not be eligible to request a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request full payment in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Cash; Visa debit; Visa credit; Maestro; Samsung pay; Google pay; Apple pay and American Express payment when booking online or in the salon, we exclude Cheques.
